Project: Siding and Windows

Most of the suburban homes in Sonoma County built between 1980 and 1995 used cheap materials and not ideal building practices leading to water intrusion and eventually rot and or mold. On this restored home, we removed areas where significant rot was present and replaced the old, metal framed windows with new Milgard vinyl windows. Clemmer Construction uses proven materials with quality building practices to ensure no moisture will ever penetrate into the house again. Also replaced were the original T1-11 siding and Douglas fir trim boards with cedar trim and Hardy board siding. Backed with Jumbo Tex construction paper for optimal breathability but supreme water resistance. Our projects are built to last. We want our work to come with a piece of mind, with proper maintenance, any construction project we are a part of will last for generations to come.
