Project: Gads Hill

From old and dilapidated to new beginnings. Gads Hill was one of our many full home remodels. We removed walls, rot, siding, floors, popcorn ceilings, outdated bathrooms, and renovated this now modern home with new windows, doors, concrete patio, fencing, panel upgrade, garage door, flooring, cabinets, and appliances. Custom shelving is always a highlight with these types of projects as well. Clemmer Construction will provide services to submit plans and permitting applications all the way through getting the final signatures from the city and PG&E making the entire construction process as streamlined as possible for the owner involved.
