How It Started

Clemmer Construction’s Owner, Tom Clemmer, is a fourth-generation contractor dedicated to the art and craft of custom structures. From grand homes to one-of-a-kind finish carpentry, we approach every project as a unique opportunity to give the homeowner exactly what they imagined. Tom has been working in construction since 7 years old learning every facet of construction in his tenure. Graduate of San Jose State University, with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and eventually holding management positions in local companies such as Ghilotti Construction Company and Bear State Construction.

Clemmer Construction Company was founded after watching devastating natural disasters hit Sonoma County and having sub-par contractors and government agencies take advantage of vulnerable homeowners. After helping rebuild Coffey Park and surrounding areas, Clemmer Construction has grown to renovate homes, chemistry labs, outdoor structures, utilities, concrete, and much, much more. Clemmer Construction Company takes pride in the transparency, efficiency, and efficacy of each project.

  • We will set a time and place to meet in person to discuss your goals based on the details in your inquiry submission.

  • After our meeting, we will follow up with the estimated cost necessary to complete your project and we will establish a timeline for when it can be completed.

  • Once the estimated cost and timeline is accepted, we will bill for phase 1 of the project to begin drawing up a plan set.

  • We follow the plans, stay on budget, and maintain a safe, clean workspace during the entire project.

  • As the project approaches completion, we will choose your finishes together.
